The Netanyahu government’s attitude to the United States shows it is “waiting for President [Sarah] Palin, an Obama official reportedly told Peter Beinart, writing for the Atlantic Monthly news site. Palin was the Republican candidate for vice president two years ago and is considered a front-running candidate for the next presidential election in 2012.
“As an Obama official once told me about the Netanyahu team, with amazement, ‘these guys are actually waiting for President Palin,’” wrote Beinart, a senior political writer for The Daily Beast and associate professor of journalism and political science at City University of New York.

It ain’t worth arguing with the deluded. My own opinion is that Palin is not very electable, but I strongly admire her, and as an outsider harassing the left she has at least 5x the value she would have as, say, VP. The way she makes liberal heads explode is just a thing of perpetual beauty.

Agree completely. I would love for her to be president but I don't see it happening. The left did a masterful job of demonizing her to the majority of the stupid public.
I wrestle with this every day. but, then I remember what "we" elected in 2008. If Obama can get his sorry butt elected, So can Palin...

Netanyahu is in good company, but we have a long wait until November 2012. Even the wait for November 2010 is very long as the community organizer dismantles our country.
