A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
"There is no birth certificate," said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. "It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this."
Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination toObama, told WND, "I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters' identity."
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama's constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.

"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."

Of course it detracts. Why did the CA GOP just shoot down Orly Taitz three to one. She and the birthers are viewed as fringe. You can make a tight legal argument on the NBC issue without ever having to make a claim that 40 some years ago someone planted a birth announcement in the Honolulu paper.
Also why all the secrecy with Obama’s college applications and papers. If I recall other President’s had to show everything or Dan Rather would make it up.
He won’t be impeached because of the threat of “civil unrest”, ie, black people rioting.

There is the federal false information act (or something named like that) which makes it a federal crime to deceive Congress. That’s by what you say or by what you left unsaid.
I’ve written to my Congress-critters and their reason for not contesting the electoral vote was the Factcheck COLB - which Obama knew was a forgery and failed to publicly state. Thus deceiving Congress.
It doesn’t matter if Robert Gibbs or somebody else put the COLB on Obama’s campaign website for him; if Obama did not correct their claims that his genuine COLB was posted online, then he is guilty of breaking that law - deceiving Congress by what he failed to tell them.
I have the feeling that Obama needs that new Kenyan Constitutino so he can legally claim U.S. citizenship.
wallop, never once in my life has anyone asked me for my birth announcement in the paper for proof of ID.
It is nowhere in federal guidelines for proof of identity.
Not to mention that a newspaper announcement is worthless when it doesn’t state where the baby was born, unlike McCain’s birth announcement.

It's easily refuted by previous comments made by Hawaii's Republican Governor, who has a lot more credibility than some guy calling in to a Stormfront-sponsored program.
He is definitely up to no good as he has Biden meddling in Kenyan affairs.
I’m not saying it is courtroom-sufficient proof. It’s not, at least not without better authentication. But, what is your alternative explanation? I have heard none that I feel is reasonable. It is what it is. A simple announcement that the Obamas had a son on Aug 4. Postulating all of these far-fetched explanations doesn’t help the argument, it hurts. IMHO, FWIW. Obviously, many here think it’s not worth much. Oh well.

It does not mean that the court will necessarily hear the case because you’re essentially requesting that the Supreme Court review the lower court’s decision. So you don’t have a right to go to the Supreme Court; you have a right to ask that the Supreme Court take the case.
So when we talk about going to the Supreme Court, we mean that we are asking the Supreme Court to take the case. If four justices vote to accept the petition for Certiorari, then it’s actually on appeal in the U.S. Supreme Court, and then we would need a majority of the court to actually grant the petition.
If they grant the petition, you don’t necessarily win the case, because at that point the only issue that’s on appeal is whether or not the District Court is correct in dismissing the case for lack of standing and for political question. That means that the lower court never addressed the merits of the case, the merits being “Is Mr. Obama a ‘natural born Citizen’ under the Constitution; does he meet that definition?”
We contend that he does not meet the doubt-free definition of a “natural born Citizen” because when he was born his father was a British subject and Obama himself was also born a British subject (which converted to Kenyan citizenship when he was 2), all giving him conflicting natural allegiance to Great Britain from the time of birth and to Kenya from age 2.
The Framers would not have allowed a person born after the adoption of the Constitution with such conflicting natural allegiances to assume the great and singular powers of the President and Commander in Chief.
Secondly, “Was he born in Hawaii?” We contend that he has yet to provide sufficient and credible information that he was indeed born in Hawaii.”
Otherwise you have a copy of a microfiche that appears to be spliced. Better yet, show the world the actual long-form birth certificate.
