The most damning thing about Obama’s response to the Gulf Crisis (the other Gulf Crisis) is not what it reveals about his lack of competence, but what it reveals about his lack of interest. And it has forced many liberals to recognize, what so many conservatives knew all along. That Obama just doesn’t care.

Of course he cares. The bigger this gets, the more power he can grab.

I borrowed this post from someone at another site because I think it makes a good point. He isn’t one of us.
The gulf spill serves Obama’s interests. He can blame the pubbies and push his anti-carbon agenda. It seems to be working. It’s great when you have media and environmental groups in your back pocket.
My only question is = how does he get BP to play along? Certainly, they have the same anti-carbon agenda, but this is going to cost them a lot of money.
Eventually... all the missteps and cramming to “learn” will make his meltdown complete.....

I am glad I was not a soldier in WWII, I would have been shot for a German, I don't like baseball and have never followed it. I would be sh** out of luck if any baseball questions were asked of me!

That which you love, you protect, nuture and take care of. Hatred and anemosity gives you permission to destroy and even take pleausre in it. Obamaand and his handlers and minions are filled with hate for the country I love.
At the risk of being accused of racism (which these days seems the inevitable consequence of any Obama criticism anyway), his demeanor suggests that it was simply the attainment of the office that he was after rather than attempting to govern well. If true, whether it’s due to the stereotype of the black man just happy to have made it or some other defect, it leaves him easily the most inept, because not only uncaring but also inexperienced and wrongheaded, President in history.
