My wife removes the wire supports from her bras. They’re actually flat, spring steel looking things. I took some to work and found a use for them in my lab (forgot what for). Somebody one day picked one up and asked, “What is this?”. I answered, “Let’s just say this is my wife’s contribution to science.”
I agree. The 6th amendment should be sublimated to the petty decision and whims of bored, underpaid guards who want to make goofing on an attorney fun. Plus they may get a shot of some eye-candy.

The first time she should have been worned, after that She chose not to dress in a way that would alow her to pass.

It seem to me like a specious reason to prevent a guy from meeting with his attorney.
