Because demeanor and how you’re perceived are much more important than fixing the problem. Hussein is in way over his head.
‘Demeanor’ makes a poor substitute for ‘Leadership’.
Those who are voting yes must think the proper response is to bluster and sputter, but do nothing.
I could carfe less about ‘demeanor’ and how it polls on CNN. Hinestly, is this really what the problem is???
Or is it just fodder to cover the glaringly obvious. NO experience running anything other than a campaign...not even a freaking lemonade stand. An utterly incompetent leader. Has he repealed the Jones’ act yet to let foreign ships in or will he wait until his advisors listed to Sarah Palin and finally advise him to get off his ass and do something?
As for this speech tomorrow night....I may just withdraw some more cash. I’d be very surprised if he doesn’t manage to scare a helluva lot more folks than already are.

Giving a good speech is not showing leadership.
Getting off your butt and marshaling resources and moving Heaven and Earth to get them to the disaster area does show leadership.
Obama is a poor leader. All he does is talk, talk, talk.
No wonder the left is upset with him over the Gulf oil disaster especially the environmentalists who must have a case of apoplexy by now.
