Meet Congressman Bob Etheridge, Democrat from North Carolina’s Second CD. Rep. Etheridge doesn’t much like people asking him whether he supports Barack Obama’s agenda, as a student camera crew on the street discovered when asking this elected official about his political positions. Etheridge interrupts his journey to a fundraiser thrown by Nancy Pelosi to assault the young reporter, first by grabbing the hand that holds the microphone and then by horse-collaring him, all the while demanding, “Who are you? I have a right to know who you are.”

He probably didn’t eat when he was drinking. The unspoken in the congressthug’s question is “to speak to me”. That is “Who are you to speak to me”? Servants are not to speak to their masters.
Maybe the congressman figured out that his political carrer is toast by following the marxist kindergartener. Might explain his attitude. I hope he really loses it on camera again and again.
I would sue. Plain and simple.
The video shows him saying hello and asking a question.
He could have kept walking if he didn’ want to respond.
He had no right to grab for the camera.
He had no right to grab the young man’s wrist.
He had no right to grab him up around the neck.
He had NO RIGHT to put his hands on that young man period.
The young man continually called him “sir.” (a stretch)
The young mand asked him to please let go of his wrist.
The young man said: “Whoa or the cameraman said that when the perp grabbed him in the neck area.”
It’s all on film. I would sue him for assault and follow through.
This supposedly representative of the people acted like a street thug. This young man has a case!!!
