Tell the Had Truths..."ONE LAW"

You want to win, and win big in November?

Please pass to anyone you know...my commercial.

TOPICS: Your Opinion/Questions
KEYWORDS: activism; law; one; tea
Vidro rolls: American flag is picked up off the ground, and put in a stand…wind blows. Graphic over: “ONE LAW TO CLEAN HOUSE.” Voice up.

“The GOP recognizes that for too long, all matter of deceit has gone on in Washington. Some of it was directed at getting important things done, but let’s face it, a lot of it has just be covering our asses, on both sides of the aisle. The New Republican Party promises this: Elect us, and we will move ahead with something called One Law. We are going to judge everyone, in all parties, by exactly the same standards.

This will lead to a period of “Gotchas”, of course. We recognize that…Lord knows, we have some skeletons too. But the Rule of Law is far too important to the stability of this nation to allow it to be bastardized the way it has been in the past. If any of our people find this uncomfortable…there’s the door.

We urge the Fourth Estate to get with the program as well. We want you investigating wrong doing, because that is your job. You see what you think sounds fishy, and you go for it. But we warn you, it doesn’t take Einstein to see that in the past you have generally gone after the GOP a lot harder than you have investigated the Democrats. We warn you…If the American people respond to what we plan to do and sweep us into office, we are going to stand in the Well of Congress and shout it over the Internet if we think you are coming up short investigating the other side, and we will shame you in front of the American people if you do. We will post on the GOP website, once a week, notations of Senators and Congress people who haven’t been investigated by the media, but who we believe should be. We welcome input from our Democratic Congresspeople on who should be examined, and we are sure that they, like the GOP, will have recommendations about both parties. In the interest of good government, they certainly will want to be seen publicly as rooting out crime. We want a strong standard of ethics to apply to us all, and certainly won’t want the established set of expectations to be watered down by excuses. Good leaders should rise to earn the respect of the people, not lower their standards so that corruption may be overlooked.

To all the amateur media, the internet bloggers, who are so passionate about what you believe…good. This country was founded by people who took their freedom and their politics seriously, and they got into fistfights about it, sometimes inside the halls of Congress. You go right on doing what you do, and keep an eye on the media. We will do all we can to keep your Constitutionally-guaranteed rights to freedom of speech and association protected. If the mainstream media fails to do it’s job, you do it for them, and shame them into doing it themselves.

To the American people, we have seen what happens when the people in charge expect government to do everything for you. As far back as the Simpson’s episode where Homer wins political office by promising that the garbage collectors would clean your street, watch your kids, and do your housework, we knew how that turns out. People STILL aren’t happy, and the public till is empty so nothing can be done. We couldn’t stop those who spent your grandkids taxes, and in some cases, our guys helped spend it. We screwed up, and want you to vote those guys, in both parties, the heck out of Washington.

So, America. You have shown that while you want “change” you sure as heck don’t want that change to be government telling you what to eat and how to think. The GOP wants to be the rebirth of the Sons of Liberty. Government’s job is to protect your families from harm, foreign and domestic, and to keep the playing field equal and balanced so that you can make yourself better. You are not guaranteed happiness by the Constitution, just the freedom to pursue it. Elect our candidates, and we will do that much, and then get the heck out of the way so you can make your own life exceptional.

Real change, the kind that make our lives better, not poorer, comes from real leadership. When you vote in November, vote for the party of One Law. We want to clean House, and we need your help to do it.”

OUTSTANDING post/idea! Thanks

If it doesn't happen...

This country was founded by people who took their freedom and their politics seriously, and they got into fistfights about it, sometimes inside the halls of Congress.

Are their any men left in congress? Will someone please punch out Harry POS Reid. Will ANY woman-congresscritter please drag Nazi Pelosi by one of her 3-faces through the halls of congress.

Thanks in advance.

Yes...my enthusiast trumped my spelling...in one word out of 300. Thanks to all who caught the infinitely small error.

That said, the content is the real message.

Your commerical [sic] has a big fat adware on it.

Sorry...I thought that even a pure opinion Post by law had to have a valid site listing in that field, and my opinion was inspired by my own experience of the world, not a specific website or news item. The site is my own site, and contains information about me and what I like to do, much like my profile page, here since 1999. Educate me, because I may very well be off target...when you post pure opinion, do you put anything in that field?

After thousands of posts in that time, are you implying that my only reason in making that post was to hype my website?
