If they do this and the Republican have won control of at least the House then they all need to be arrested and tried for treason.

This really shouldn’t surprise anyone. Obama has stated that we need to be more like Europe. He will destroy this country unless we stop this idiot and remove him from office.

BO/BS is not President since he is not a natural born citizen per the requirement in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. He has no allegiance to the U.S. or the Constitution and consequently do whatever it takes to impose his marxist agenda on the American people.

They say the first sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I think those on the far left qualify. They are either insane, nutty as a fruit cake, evil, or incredibly stupid, or all of the above.
By the way watched Hannity last night. Lutz had a hollywood focus group on. By the end of the session my conclusion was, they are arrogant and what they all said was shallow and maked very little sense.

This doesn’t surprise me, but, it sure makes me angry. I just hope the new blood we get into office this fall has some real back bone. I think Dr. Dan does. You don’t come up the way he did and not have one.

I have been afraid for a while that they'd use the lame-duck session for all of their craziest stunts, to include cap & trade.
While I don't think they have the votes to break a filibuster in the Senate, it's clear that if they can pass "health care reform" with Budget Reconciliation, they could certainly pass cap & trade the same exact way.
The Republicans, upon taking back the House in January, hopefully will have the stones to put repealing language in EVERY bill that comes up, until either Obama signs it, or until they shut down the government.

Oh dang, and I tried it before I posted :( Let me see if I can fix.

The lame duck period needs to be reduced or it should disallow new bill passages. Did the founding fathers not consider some corrupt congress in the future would try this trick?

Obama continues to push his agenda for centralized and absolute power, and he doesn’t seem to care what kind of America he presides over; destitute and polluted. I guess it’s better to rule in hell...

Obama has stated that we need to be more like Europe. Or worse. I seem to recall then Sen Obama waxing poetic about the superior "infrastructure" and other attributes of china when they had the 08 Olympic Games. I can't recall his exact wording, but it seemed at the time like a most admiring and complimentary description of them, and by implied comparison, the USA was inferior.
(Working on memory here, corrections invited.)
