Bipartisan bill would stop government from buying Chinese items

A bipartisan bill introduced Friday would prohibit the federal government from buying Chinese products and services until there are changes in trade policy.

"When China fails to play the rules, U.S. tax dollars should not be used to buy Chinese-made products," said bill co-spondor Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio). "American workers and manufacturers can compete with anyone in the world, but they deserve a level playing field."

I’d say “UNBELIEVABLE”, but that would be a stupid thing to say.

Then they won’t be purchasing any computers. Try to find one not filled with components assembled or manufactured in China.

HMMMMMMMMM!!!! Does Sherrod Brown know that Bama Boy intends to buy millions of dollars worth of generator fans from China?

Bama-Boy isnt going to like it ,if he can’t buy those windmills.

And that’s a cause for security risk evaluation.

Tell me this: How do you know that the ASIC that purports to be your Ethernet controller does *only* legit Ethernet functions?

Asus has some very nice motherboards that have Japanese made caps as a major selling point.
