Charlotte Church today showed signs of her strain at being a single mother bringing up two little ones.

Charlotte, 24, struggled with a host of bags, toys and bottles as she took her two children out for the day.

Meanwhile her estranged fiancé, peramatanned Gavin Henson, has been out living it up, looking relaxed and care-free.

Yes, fornication does not equal freedom. No matter what Ms. Magazine might tell you.

So young and already has all this on her shoulders. She’s rich, but how long will that last? Two kids and she’s pretty much shut a lot of her options down. What about her career? She doesn’t look like she’s getting enough sleep or nutritious foods.

Not to mention the fact that two more kids are having to be raised by a single parent.

Not a predictably good outcome.

Yes, and although dated it could say Dan Quayle has been proven correct again (and again). But will the UK Newspapers pass judgment? I doubt it. They are as foolish as the day is long. We here know the truth but the Liberals insist that single parenthood is a valid option. Not that there aren't a lot of great single parents out there, but the odds are heavily stacked against single parenthood.

Yes, I wonder if anyone ever told her Dear Abby’s admonition about the cow and the milk?

I think this young woman has also had more than her share of drugs and alcohol, if the tabloids are to be believed. A tragedy because she had everything going for her a few years ago and she threw it all away.

I am unfamiliar with this particular "celebrity," but this is a pretty ridiculous article.

Battling on: Charlotte struggles to load up the car by herself this morning

A mother loads a couple kids into a car without assistance?? The horror, the horror. Aren't tens of millions of other mommies out there doing exactly the same thing this very day?

Celebrities are ordinary people trying to be extraordinary. When they do normal things, they prefer to be celebrated for it. Like children learning to go to the potty.

I will bet the mags that follow the stars just celebrated these two out of wedlock kids ...Ohhh all Hollywood is having babies.. motherhood has been discovered by the pampered set .

This woman can afford day care or a nanny..think of the single mom that can not..

God called fornication a sin for a reason.. there are natural and supernatural consequences

If she doesn't give up the cigs, she's going to wind up a baritone.

Haven’t a clue who the sperm-donor is, but Ms. Church was a very famous teen-aged singer from Wales. In her prime, she could sing opera and beautiful orchestral pieces like nobody’s business. Had a voice like an angel. Did a couple of PBS specials...that’s how America found out about her. Smart, funny, and was once very sweet and innocent.

Time, fame, and problems with drugs and alcohol did her in.

That’s who SHE is/was, at least.

Church was an internationally famous singer when she was 12 years old. She sang the beautifully - and I don’t mean pope nonsense. She sang great traditional/classical songs.

Take a look here and you’ll see what I mean: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=charlotte+church+pie+jesu&aq=3

Should I know who these people are?

Charlotte Church has/had one of the finest voices areound, she was a sensation at around age 13 singing some deeply religious / spiritual songs. In my opinion Her "Voice of and Angel" was divinely inspired. about 7 years later she apparently had a "diversion" experience. She was hosting a Television talk show and on several occasions took a number of cheap shots at the Cathooic Church in particualr and Christians in general.

Right on.

She has been nothing but a spoiled brat herself for a very long time. She was scheduled to give a concert or something on or right after 9/11 in the U.S. The brat was outraged it was cancelled.

I really dislike her.

Ref post #21.

That could be true. I had also read that as a teenager by the way she sang, she had already ruined her voice for the future.

Just saying...I am just repeating what I have read in the past...true or not.

I just simply don’t like her.

I have no particular like for her myself after she dissed Christians.

My hope, though, is that she’ll come to her senses and look to God for help. Suffering and hardships sometimes helps a person to do that.

Christian morality is so burdensome. As you can see from this example ... immorality allows far more freedom. (Sarcasm, in case you missed it).

This is why you should go around banging guys to whom you aren’t married.

Words of the WISE. Day in and day out I am reminded why I abstain (I initially planned on staying that way, but dad said to a boyfriend “I think you should dump my daughter because she’ll just drag you down” and my self esteem went down the sink) and do NOT get involved. Not until marriage and I am sure that I’m not mixed up anymore.

“Christian morality is so burdensome. As you can see from this example ... immorality allows far more freedom. (Sarcasm, in case you missed it).”

When you think about it, working within a set of rules that have stood the test of time is so preferable.

“This is why you should go around banging guys to whom you aren’t married.”

Or go out and get soaked in booze, smoking and drugging up a storm, etc.

Just another example that as long as incompetent parents are tolerated and supported, we will continue to have an endless supply of dysfunctional children making the vicious cycle permanent and growing.

We look like an episode of “Monty Python” sometimes, especially since my teenagers fancy themselves as comedians.

It cracks me up the way everything celebrities do is treated as astonishing. Have you noticed that celebrities always have “miracle babies,” while regular people manage to give birth by ordinary natural processes?
