OK, after reading down the whole thread I think what you are soliciting for is Bloggers to post links on their blogs back to your site to entice their regulars to send money to purchase care packages for troops in Iraq and Afghanistan with a contest held to determine which Blog is able to solicit the most care packages for your organization called “Move America Forward”.

I think I finally got it. Don't you think it would save peoples time if you said that at the top of the tread next time?
