Newsweek Blogger: Tea Party Coverage Isn't Harsh Enough

Newsweek blogger Ben Adler thinks the national media are giving the Tea Parties gentle treatment.
"Unfortunately," Adler wrote in a June 21 post, "what appear to be false notions of objectivity - or perhaps a lack of interest in policy - is preventing that coverage from illuminating what the movement actually represents and what it would do if empowered."
Adler complained that a recent Associated Press article, "Enraged to Engaged: Tea partiers explain why," failed to examine the ideology of the demonstrators in the grassroots conservative movement.
"The piece examines how and why a variety of individuals became involved in the Tea Party movement without once asking what precisely the platform consists of," Adler said, leading one to wonder if he even read the article.

(If liberals aren't screaming you're doing it wrong.)
Without following the link I’m going to guess that Mr. Obama Bin Addled spews SPLC fundraising boilerplate.
Do I win some sort of prize?
Oh yeah, we are a vicious bunch. Scary too.

(Standing against tyranny must start somewhere, or the future belongs to the tyrants.)
Addler is another liberal idiot who likes to talk down to the Americans who not part of his liberal klan. If he thinks the Tea Party members are ignorant, what must he think about the average Obama supporter? I can't wait to hear him whine like a bitch when the Tea Party takes over the country within the next few years.

I’m kind of glad they are misunderstanding the movement so much. It’s like camouflage. If they want to waste a bunch of time looking for a “leader” let them. What they don’t know they can’t poison/lie about/shut down, etc.

A thousand pardons, sahib. "Newsweak" indeed.

I suggest this fella learn to read. The signs at the Tea party tell it all. So do the speakers.
The problem with the left and the media is that they think everyone is like them. They have to lie and hide what their real agenda is and it is hard for them to believe that the Tea parties do not have to lie.
