Is Home Depot seeking to introduce children to the homosexual lifestyle?
The home-improvement giant has sponsored yet another "gay" pride event and provided children's craft workshops "in the midst of loud and boisterous gay activities" at the 2010 Southern Maine Pride Festival in Portland, Maine, according to the American Family Association.

The article in the esteemed WND reads:
“Is Home Depot seeking to introduce children to the homosexual lifestyle?”
From that line in the article, it seems that Home Depot is actually introducing children from Maine into the homosexual lifestyle, which of course could oly be against the parents will.
Unfortunately,, the article does not specify exactly how the Home Depot folks are taking the initiative and introducing these kids to the gay lifestyle.
Do Home Depot employees sneak into homes at night and abduct the kids and drive to to the Gay Pride Fest?

I quit buying from that anti-American pos septic outlet years ago... only illegals and fags shop there... well mostly.

That’s the same reason that all grocery stores put milk (which they lose money on) in the back corner of the store.

I just bought $2000 worth of roof shingles from Lowes. It was during the Memorial Day weekend and they were giving a 10% discount to current and former military (had to show them my DD214). Plus, the Owens Corning shingles I bought came with a mail-in rebate for a $300 Lowes gift card. Made out like a bandit. Bottom line, Lowes is military-friendly and after reading about Homo Depot, Lowes will be the only place I go to for home improvement.

My nieces boyfriend works for them in FL. They are involved in so many community events etc, it’s unbelievable. The employees are told to “volunteer”. I don’t think they have a choice, but knowing my niece, this event wouldn’t bother her, as her brother is gay. They also use HD as a banking institution. Everytime they run short, they go to HD and get a loan. They’ve also gotten them to pay downpayments on apts, utilities etc. I guess they all deserve each other. BTW, my niece has 3 children 8,7 & 1 yo. She exposes them to all lifestyles. When I protest, she tells me “I will not lie to my daughters” HAHHH. Only when it’s convenient.

If homosexuality is about consenting adults in private, where do the children provide consent to be brought into the relationship and why hold a public celebration for something “private”?

I agree with you in that I am disturbed that Home Depot is taking the initiative and introducing children to the homosexual lifestyle.
And the parents of the kids that go to the Gay Pride Fest are powerless to stop Home Depot from introducing their kids to the homosexual lifestyle!

LOWE’s gives a 10% discount to any honorably discharged US military veteran. All day. Every day.

I had forgotten about that.

Lowe’s Expands Support of the Military with Year-Round Discount!
Lowe’s Companies, Inc. announced this week that it is expanding its support of the military by offering an all day, every day 10 percent discount to all military personnel who are active, reserve, retired or disabled veterans and their family members, with a valid, government-issued military ID card.
All other military veterans will receive the discount on the Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Veterans Day weekends.
“Lowe’s was founded on the heels of World War II by veterans Jim Lowe and Carl Buchan and has always been a supporter of the military,” said Larry D. Stone, Lowe’s president and chief operating officer. “The year-round discount program is one way we are reaffirming our commitment to the thousands of men and women who are serving throughout the world, as well as their family members at home.”
The discount is available on in-stock and Special Order purchases up to $5,000. Excluded from the discount are sales via Lowes.com, previous sales, and purchases of services or gift cards.
While Lowe’s has had a military discount program in the past during select times of year, the new policy will allow those who are serving to benefit from the discount whenever they need it the most.
“What a great way to say thank you,” said Sloan Gibson, president and CEO of the USO. “We salute Lowe’s for the company’s commitment to helping military personnel and their families who served and continue to serve our nation.”
The USO was also selected as one of the beneficiaries of the Lowe’s Employee Giving Campaign in January. This initiative allows Lowe’s employees to donate directly from their paychecks to support those who are serving our country.
In addition to offering military discounts at specific times during the year, Lowe’s has extended benefits for its employees serving in the military and offers employment opportunities to military personnel after their military service has ended. Currently, more than 12,000 Lowe’s employees are military veterans or reservists.

Ditto...."ACE is the place". They know their customers, and they know what they're doing.
A couple of years ago, I wanted a simple galvanized metal trash can for some outside storage stuff (Rubbermaid doesn't hold up in these parts)....a simple metal trash can!
No HD, No Lowe's...but ACE had it.

I refuse to shop at Lowes, just because of all the signs in spanish.
Why should immigrants bother learning English if stores like Lowes cater to them?

I don’t know if they do, but one thing to remember; if you drop an item on the floor,......DON’T BEND OVER TO PICK IT UP!

Home Depot sponsors the gay pride events. I’ve decided I don’t feel like spending money at Home Depot to help them fund the events.

Been Homo Depot to me ever since I lived in Miami, and there was a major news expose on how it was a major cruising spot for gay men.

Can’t go anywhere without bilinugal signs. Sears has them too. Just irritates me. I’m of German/Italian descent; can I get some signs in those languages?

Seems like they pulled a homo promo some time ago. Ive avoided them since then. Same here. I have boycotted them for a long time for various reasons. It's time for others do the same thing letting them know that they are and why.
