Just because things we don’t like are passed and ruled on does not mean that the constitution is not in force.
Constitutionality also does not mean perfection or even right actions.
Passing the healthcare bill was unconstitutional but we’ll just let it go because you said it’s ok.
1) Where did you see that I said the hellthcare bill was “O.K.” other than in your imagination? 2) YOU saying it is unconstitutional carries as much weight as a mosquito. 3) remember being idiotic and ridiculous does not make a bill unconstitutional. Try again.
