WASHINGTON – The Obama administration is saying that the sinking of a South Korean warship blamed on North Korea was not terrorism, and not enough by itself to put the Pyongyang back on a U.S. terror blacklist.
The State Department said Monday that the March sinking of the frigate Cheonan was a "provocative action" and a violation of the truce that ended the Korean war. But it added that the sinking by a reported North Korean torpedo strike was the act of one state's military against another.

BTW - it certainly was an act of War but this wimp can't even say the word terror so I would never expect he'd find the guts to even consider the word War.
Well, not completely “up and around” yet...still in the hospital, but doing therapy now. Will be released in a week. Then it is eight weeks of pretty intensive out patient (long, hard and painful) before trying to go back to work. Buy, definite improvement and healing going on here and I praise God and the faith of so many, including a lot of Freepers, too mammy to name, for it!
