I can disrail her nomination with one question:
“Professor Kagan, do you think that a single-payer system is Constitutional...if applied to the legal profession?”
It doesn’t mater how she’ll answer. She’ll just lie through her teeth as Sotomayer did when asked if the second amendment is an individual right.
