In August's Vanity Fair, Angelina Jolie opens up about her six children and relationship with beau Brad Pitt.
The Salt star, 35, admits she dresses Shiloh, 4, "like a little dude. Shiloh, we feel, has Montenegro style. It's how people dress there. She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits. She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers."
But Jolie says she isn't worried: She was just like Shiloh as a kid.
"Shiloh’s hysterically funny, one of the goofiest, most playful people you’ll ever meet," she says. "....Goofy and verbal, the early signs of a performer. I used to get dressed up in costumes and jump around."

Brad Pitt must have tremendous patience, or he is a masochist who thrives on abuse, to remain with her.

It is a sign of the times. And how many idiots idolize this woman? They will accept that gender confusion is ok because their idol says so.
Kids want what they want. I think it’s fine. Putting Shiloh in frills will not change her. Let her be her little sweet self, boyish or not.

This little girl has long dressed (or been dressed) as a boy and now has a boy haircut to match. When she was just a baby her mother was quoted as preferring her adopted children and calling Shiloh a “blob”- poor kid.
I have the uncomfortable impression someone as emotionally skewed as Jolie would think it was “cool” to have a gender confused child.
I grew up as a tomboy but that didn't mean I wanted to dress and look like my brothers. Time will tell if Shiloh becomes “Shy” like Chastity became “Chaz”.

Can you believe the rage?? Gee, it is amazing I didn’t become a man! I had brothers, hated Barbies and loved playing with the boys, war, sports, etc. Now I have 3 boys, I understand sports, I can talk hunting and fishing with them, etc. BTW, when I was little my mom made me have my hair like that, the Pixie they called it, she thought if you kept you hair short when you were little it would grow in real thick..

I didn't until I visited Central America on unrelated business and met a great number of parents, moms most often, who were in the process of adoption.
No unwanted babies there.

honestly. I don’t understand a lot of posts trash talking this interview or Shiloh. Kids do odd things when they are younger and often grow out of them. I had a niece that refused to wear anything but a dress or a skirt until she was nine. Then she did have to wear pants one day for some activity and began her ‘balanced’ phase. When one tells her about the dress phase where she even throw tantrums if someone tried to make her otherwise she laughs and doesn’t remember. By the way her mother is a rapid liberal feminazi. You can imagine this drove her crazy!
I never played with dolls but some of the best times of my life were spent on the rifle or skeet range with my dad. Loved playing baseball and watching football. Still do.
And to this day I hate ruffles.

sweet. I know kids are kids and they have their own ideas and preferences that they often grow out of. I had my mind set on marrying my brother until I was five years old and cried when people told me I could not. I was devastated and would not listen. They I spotted Travis in nursery school and my brother was thrown to the back of the bus for life—lol (atleast regarding marriage :-)

I had a girl that dressed like a boy at 7, had her sister cut her hair, wore black boots and pants all the time. I think she liked the shock value when people found out she was a girl.

Yes she is the oldest of the bio kids. There is this one and the set of twins that are bio kids.
