Resolution Reducing Management Unit Salaries & Benefits by 5.3% effective July 1, 2010 (Item # 10b)
Authorization for the City Manager to Negotiate a Contract for Police Services; and Authorization for Staff to Propose Contracting for Police Services to the San Carlos Police Officers Association (Item # 10c)

San Carlos used to be a really nice city. Very sad.
