I do not like this Uncle Sam,
I do not like his health care scam.
I do not like these dirty crooks,
or how they lie and cook the books.
I do not like when Congress steals,
I do not like their secret deals.
I do not like this speaker, Nan,
I do not like this 'YES WE CAN.'
I do not like this spending spree,
I'm smart, I know that nothing's free.
I do not like your smug replies,
when I complain about your lies.
I do not like this kind of hope.
I do not like it, nope, nope, nope!
Whoever came up with this is very clever--and it's spot on!
Love it!
Thanks!
That was great!
In my book “America’s Victories,” I have about a half page on how Dr. Seuss-—before his anti-nuke days-—was a full-blown patriot artist who drew incredible pictures of WW II, Hitler, and so on and warned against appeasement.
BTTT
Some enterprising conservative should do an entertaining and lively version of this for youtube. It might spread wildly.
what kind of coffee did you drink this morning... I want some of that...

LOL
Going viral now—to all my friends.
...and read it like Jesse Jackson.
Allow me, however, to suggest a slightly more (ahem) proactive payoff:
I do not like this kind of hope.
I do not like it. Fetch a rope!
very good
you should continue, write an actual book, get an illustrator to mock up some Obammy-Suess pictures and publish it
I picture Nan with a cat-in-the hat look, and Obammy playing a health care horn shaped like a suess instrument
EXCELLENT!!!!
I do not like this kind of hope.
Do you think we’re smoking dope?
We know you are just blowing smoke,
I do not like it, nope, nope, nope!
I know it is years after first posting this, but Theodor Geisel was a very left wing liberal. He would have very much liked the hope and change crowd and would be in full support of Sanders now.
