I love fried chicken and cornbread.
I had to cut way back to lose weight, but there are certain Jewish foods that are a great way to send one's cholesterol to the moon...
It is an acquired taste, but....
"Shmaltz herring and onion" on a cracker is....ah... pretty good :)
Usually followed by a straight shot of... (an adult beverage)
