Sure looks like this is the same thing... I'll have to check my garden center to read the label for any safety warnings, etc. Phosphate is readily available as an organic gardening soil amendment.

If you go to a feed store, you should be able to get the pure stuff. Not sure if this will get the same result, but I suspect it will.
