The United States will deploy SM-3 interceptor missiles in Poland between 2015 and 2018 under its plan to defend NATO allies in Europe from possible Iranian attack, a Polish official said on Thursday.
The interceptors, which target short- and medium-range ballistic missiles, are part of President Barack Obama's revamped missile defence system.

The interceptors, which target short- and medium-range ballistic missiles, are part of President barack obama's revamped missile defence system. You know, I'm all for protecting allies. But what was wrong with the missile defense plan former President Bush came up with? That one had far more capable interceptors placed in Poland that could also defend the United States against long range ballistic missiles.
Seems obama isn't concerned with defending America. Maybe he should read his job description. Ok, maybe he should have someone read it to him, or put it on a tele-prompter.
