A survey of 238 "presidential scholars" released Thursday ranked Barack Obama as one of the nations's best presidents ever.
According to the Siena College Research Institute, Obama is currently in the fifteenth position an amazing three spots AHEAD of Ronald Reagan.

It wouldn’t matter if the economy crashed, the moozies nuked York and LA, all coasts were awash in oil, while fuel prices go to $10 per gallon, and all academics were ordered to report to the school collective to work for starvation wages.

Look folks, Reagan is generally considered to be one of our best presidents. Obama is not. He is considered to be one of our worst, and even the Democrats know it.
This survey was a desperate attempt to shore up support for the unsupportable.
The poll should be of presidents who have completed at least one term.
The kool-aid hasn’t worn off for many yet especially those who look more like the President.
What I didn’t see, as one of the ranking categories, was “didn’t do stuff he wasn’t supposed to do.” Which I would consider the single most important category in ranking a president.
If that category had been included, Eisenhower, Coolidge, and (my personal favorite) WH Harrison would have ranked far higher.
