Just 29% of white southerners (male/female) support Obama!

Oh, my! I’m guessing the male demo is in the single digits.

My guy was Alan Keyes. I did not vote for BHO however, ergo I am a racist.

That is exactly right. You are a racist. Well first, Alan Keyes is not really black. He is a creamy Oreo even though he has authentic slave blood flowing through his veins. Voting for Alan Keyes doesn't count as voting for a black. BHO on the other hand, even though shades lighter and lacking authentic slave blood, is the real black because he tows the Democrat party line of wealth confiscation, social justice, baby butchering, hating corporations, hating America.. etc. With that in mind, you sir I am afraid to say, are a racist. You voted for the cream inside the Oreo when you should have voted for the all black.

This senior strategist is looking at this backwards (but considering he's probably a Dim strategist, I'm not surprised).

The primary reason the % of whites in the '08 electorate was lower than in '06 had less to do with white voters, and more to do with the fact that black voters were coming out of the woodwork (and cemeteries) to vote for Obama, thus giving blacks a higher % of the electorate.

If the white % increases again this year, it'll mostly be because blacks have gone back to staying home.

The "trump" card in the last 2 elections was black participation, not those racist whites. And for good measure, I also blame those dumb 20-somethings with their skulls full of mush!

I am sorry, but I cannot allow people to perpetuate this lie unchallenged. McCain would have done little to help the economy, but he wouldn’t have spent our kids’ money on a wasted stimulus package full of pork, OBAMACARE would NOT have passed, he would be standing with Israel, he would not have decimated NASA, nor would he have cut defense spending—I could go on and on....

If you stayed home and didn’t vote because McCain wasn’t conservative enough, and we got this asshat for a president as a result, stop trying to placate your guilt by repeating this mantra. Things would not have been this bad with McCain. If you want to do a line by line comparison of things this president has done that McCain would never have done, I’m sure we can provide it for you. Say what you will about McCain’s RINO status. McCain is an American war hero. Obama is ... in so many ways...not even “American.”

Realistically it is probably about 15%.

I have significant doubts that this country would be in better shape today if McCain would have been elected.

Yes, no doubt McCain, or any other Republican, would also have shredded the rule of law by taking over Chrysler and GM, pushed and rubber stamped disastrous health care "reform", and appointed Sotomayer and Kagen to the Supreme Court.

After the assult launched on this nation the last 18 months that we may never recover from, anybody these days babbling about "not a dime's worth of difference..." isn't a serious person, or is just doing that "aint I a lovable old curmudgeon" routine.

I don’t think that the Dems will be able to put their ACORN Humpty Dumpty back together again. Hopefully citizens will be more vigilent this time around and will call out the triple voting ACORN-like tactics that Barry and the Dems put together two years ago.

Only difference is that Obuttho and the dems have played their hands. They can no longer hide who and what they are.

So this won’t work for them.

I thought I read a poll that said that 20% of Conservatives voted for Obama. While that might be exaggerated, I do know of a few otherwise Conservative people willing to give Obama a chance, seeing that his opponent was Juan McCain and the constant drumbeat of the mainstream media hating Bush.

To many, Obama sounded reasonable and reassuring. Of course, most of us knew better. He's finally shown himself to be a 3rd World African Marxist, using thug dictator tactics to ram through an Economy that will relegate Americans to living in mud huts and eating grass.

"I have significant doubts that this country would be in better shape today if McCain would have been elected.[Snip] The economic ills of this country - which put us exactly where we are today - are systemic in nature"

There's no question that McLame was not the leader we need and the problems are beyond comprehension, but I doubt McLame would have created such a paralyzing level of government intervention risks across our entire private economy, or lay so many marxist building blocks for total statism.

McLame probably would not have put a bunch of self-proclaimed marxists in key positions, rammed through ObameeCare, let SEIU, Bwanie Fwank and Chris Dodger write a financial (choke, choke) reform bill that saves union pensions and federalizes "to big to fail" - while sticking it to the taxpayer, let the Bush tax cuts expire, abrogated the rights of secured bond holders and small business franchise dealerships, appointed Supreme Court justices who are marxists, sat idly by while Iran was percolating to the point of revolution, kicked Israel in the teeth, and so on.

Zero hates the America that fights for liberty and individual freedom. I think Zero has caused more damage in such a short period of time, that except for the lack of a body count, Mao or Stalin would have a tough time exceeding Zero's accomplishments in transforming a constitutional republic into a socialist state.

Agreed, and most importantly, McCain may have had 2 SC appts to make. Who knows whether Souter and/or Stevens retires with McCain in the WH instead of Obama. I’m guessing at least one of them would have(especially given the dem advantage in the Senate). Also, he’d have allowed Scalia and/or Kennedy to retire without having to pray that they can outlast Obama. He could have established a solid conservative 5 man majority for the next decade at least. A solid SC appt by McCain alone would be worth his having won and in the long term would have far, far more influence on the nation as a whole than just about anything else.

Look for Lt. Col. Allan West from south Florida. He’s articulate, a patriot, and very serious about getting this country back on the right track.

And in a speech he made for the 4th of July, he admonished folks who are being “subsidized” by the government, to come off the 20th Century Plantation.

If he’s likening welfare to slavery, does that make him a racist?

Just asking.

The President of the United States is prejudiced in favor of his skin color (witness his tutorship under his former racist pastor, the Boston cop incident, the dropping of charges against the Black Panthers). This makes him “prejudiced” at best, and a ‘racist’ at worst.

The objective white people and people of color who swallowed hook-line-and-sinker his campaign propaganda, will see that this is what they elected. He will not get their vote back.

The other ‘white’ folks (the libtards who consider the blacks of this country as being beholden in their ‘political plantation’), could care less, and will continue to prop him up no matter what, so long as it means ‘political power’.
