Okay, they've lost me ... how are property tax breaks "dirt"? And since when does having ties to financial firms that received bailout money or not paying your taxes mean a negative to Dems, considering all the ones in their party who have them or have been caught doing it??!!

This is exactly how Barack Obama became senator from Illinois - which he never expected until dirt in a divorce was made public by his operative and killed the chances for the republican.

They are bereft of ideas and have used dirty tricks as their mainstay to gain political power. A useless collection of human beings with no redeeming qualities - I am sick and tired of this professional political class that was never imagined by the Founders, taking over every aspect of our lives in order to perpetuate their own power and wealth. (Blago and Obama and the rest of Chicago is an interesting insight into the criminals “in the life”)

Supreme arrogance and a hunger for power is what drives these people. It should be eight years and then get out - go do something for society, make a pair of shoes or a pizza or something useful. Stop the ingrained corruption, stop the parasites before they choke the nation to death.
