Where in those cases did they cite your allegation? Nowhere. More deception by you.


When the Supreme Court denies cert it is because there are not Four Justices (the rule of four) who see constitutional issues being raised in that particular appeal of significant enough magnitude to warrant review of the case before the full Court.

You, of course are entitled to read my post in any way that you see fit. I hope your interpretation helps you make it through the night!

Why is it that you can never comment positively on the merits of anything that furthers the patriotic, conservative cause, but always find fault with proponents of our cause?

Why is it that you never express hope or desire that some issue will break on the side of right, but seem to ferret out every flaw of our champions to skewer them with?

I don't believe I've ever seen you make a positive or supportive comment about any person or cause that the majority of conservatives back.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I think you're an agent provocateur, Truman. Your posting history supports that contention.

Just to be technical St. Paul did hold people's coats while they murdered someone. {Note that 'Paul' is the name used by Saul after his conversion to Christianity.}

Listen - I'm not defending this man's past. I agree that he's not the sort of individual we want leading the charge in any conservative cause.

My point is that no matter the issue, you always seem to dig up something to undermine our proponents or their arguments. You always take the contrarian side, which puts you under a light of suspicion.

At the very least, you're a hopeless pessimist, who compulsively finds the negative in everything you look at. At worst, you're being paid to disrupt this forum, and demoralize conservative readers.

I think that most people who care at all about political and governmental issues are well aware of what it means when a Court denies Cert and most of those same people are aware of the fact that the 14th Amendment defines citizenship.

As the High Court ruled in 1898: “The Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution, in the declaration that ‘all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside,’ contemplates two sources of citizenship, and two only: birth and naturalization. Citizenship by naturalization can only be acquired by naturalization under the authority and in the forms of law. But citizenship by birth is established by the mere fact of birth under the circumstances defined in the Constitution. Every person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, becomes at once a citizen of the United State and needs no naturalization.
A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized, either by treaty, as in the case of the annexation of foreign territory, or by authority of Congress, exercised either by declaring certain classes of persons to be citizens, as in the enactments conferring citizenship upon foreign-born children of citizens, or by enabling foreigners individually to become citizens by proceedings in the judicial tribunals, as in the ordinary provisions of the naturalization acts.” (US v Wong Kim Ark, 1898).

Personally, I would absolutely love it if the Supreme Court would take on an appeal that would rule, once and for all whether there is any constitutional difference between a born citizen and a natural born citizen. The issue has never been adjudicated.

No, I have no shame. I had my shame surgically removed. I feel SO much better without it!

It will be up to my thesis committee to decide whether my research is a work of fiction or non-fiction.
