HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — During the latest episode of the battle over a sex tape showing ex-presidential candidate John Edwards being less than presidential, Judge Carl Fox stopped with a quizzical look.
Rielle Hunter, a campaign videographer with whom Edwards had an extramarital affair and a child, claims the tape is hers and wants it back from Andrew Young, the former Edwards aide who wrote a tell-all book about the politician's quest for the White House.
At a hearing in Orange County Superior Court on Wednesday, lawyers for Young argued that Hunter had no claim to it. They contended the video belonged to the Edwards campaign or his political action committee.

Just finished the tell-all book (borrowed it - didn’t buy it!).
Take home message? Freepers had this guy (Edwards) and his wife nailed from the get-go. He’s everything we thought he was except maybe a little bit more “out-there”. Total waste of skin.
The judge’s face expresses my feelings about this exactly. He needs a thought bubble that says, “WTF?” Everybody involved in this is completely shameless. That is, they have no shame, any more than a group of copulating monkeys would. The woman, Andrew Young, Edwards, the lawyers, ALL OF THEM should be put on a desert island. I feel very sorry for the judge. He probably feels like he needs to take a shower after being in the courtroom with that bunch.

The MSM and the usual liberal suspects supported and covered for Edwards right up until the evidence became incontrovertible. Then they vented their outrage at him for staying in the game long enough to help sink Hillary.
This is why there will be no political rehabilitation for him, unlike all those other dem politicians who can’t keep their pants zipped.

The media had chosen Barack as the candidate long before this became public knowledge. The media had already turned on the Clintons, airing greivances they’d withheld over 18 long years.
The media kept Edwards viable in the primaries long enough to force Hillary into a three way race for delegates.
The Enquirer, which broke the story, is owned by “Friends of Bill”.
I don't know if it could replace water-boarding, but I'd tell every secret I know if it prevent my HAVING to watch this tape.

The media is mentally deranged or comatose.
They must be sleeping on the job....otherwise, how can they sleep at night?
They’ve had their eyes on the prize for 40 years+.
They were proud to declare “we’re all socialists now!” and that a “velvet revolution” had occurred when Obama was sworn in.
They have wanted these policies for a long time. Hillary, Kerry, Obama... anyone would’ve pushed the same objectives.
But they needed to boost jaded demographics among Democrats (e.g. minorities who either normally wouldn’t vote or would vote Christian values over “their own financial interests”) and depress turnout among conservatives (John McCain was never in it to win it but he believed his own hype that those sponsoring his campaign in 2006 wanted to see him win, and not just the GOP nomination).
