Oakland (CNN) -- A verdict has been reached in the trial of a former police officer who is white and who is accused of killing an unarmed black man in Oakland, California, according to a superior court spokesman. The verdict will be read at 4 p.m. (7 p.m. ET).

Clearly the officer did not intentionally kill this guy. A really bad tragic mistake? Yep....

Rioters can’t be bothered with the actual facts. It interferes with the reason to riot.
Lindsay Lohan gets 90 days in jail for missing rehab, this guy’s gonna get 730 days for killing a man. I could care less if he meant to or not. Dead is dead.
