Call him the officiator-in-chief: Former President Bill Clinton will preside at the wedding of New York Rep. Anthony Weiner to a longtime aide of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
That's according to people familiar with the ceremony. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it. Aides to Weiner and the former president declined to comment.

Seriously, how can he officiate a wedding? I remember when the Skipper officiated on a barge to remarry Thurston and Lovey. Maybe Bill can officiate on a garbage skow.
