What a joke this Holder guy is, unfortunately it’s on
the American people.
As long as “Politics” and “Abject Personal Stupidity” are still synonyms.. I think he’s right on the money.
Grade A BS.
yes the zer0 regime's insistence of politicizing everything is especially obvious in this case
We don't want him dead, a martyr, you stupid little shit.
We want him living in a cage like the animal he is for the rest of his miserable life!
More disrespect and in-your-face disgrace heaped upon the American people that will not be forgotten on November 2nd.
KSM plead guilty, only to withdraw it when he was told death is not automatic.
He wants to die to become a martyr.
Holder wants to try KSM so he can be given the death penalty.
Tie that to the rest of Obama’s administration and its pro-Muslim policies...
AND if this crap ever did get to trial..comments make by him and others in the regime would make the defense strategy to file for acquittal.
ditto on YSLS!
Other than that...he's a great guy!
Here’s an idea...let’s get NASA to help him feel better about his achievements!
Virtually none of the people in this administration have any shame whatsoever.
On the other hand, in an ordinary criminal trial, the jury is 12 laymen, and if only one is squeamish, the death penalty is out. So, Holder has it exactly backwards.
The proof is in the unanimous Supreme Court decision in 1942. It ruled as proper the military trials of eight German saboteurs in WW II, including the six death sentences against all but two of the defendants.
Holder and his staff cannot be so ignorant as to be unaware of the Quirin case. But they will NEVER mention it, because it stands for the opposite of Holder's shilling for his ignorant boss, Obama.
John / Billybob
The list, ping
Holder’s legal reasoning is impenetrable.
