That's a touchy-feely liberal talking point, but don't tell it to the Muslims. Eventually, the Obama administration might have to decide to which radical group it's most important to pander: homosexuals or Muslims. There is some friction between these two Obama constituencies....
Given the Obama administration's fawning outreach to Muslim majority states, this drive for homosexual equality seems something of a disconnect. The Democratic conundrum illustrates an aspect of the clash of civilizations Mr. Obama is willfully ignoring. Appeals to liberal Western notions of human rights fall on deaf ears with Muslims.

My brother said that when he was working in Iraq this past year, there was a soiree of some sort celebrating Gay Pride at the State Department. He just shook his head. It was so insensitive to which country this was in and what Iraqi priorities are. They are family people, first and foremost, and totally did not want or need this. It made the gay State Department employees happy (of which there are more than in the general US population), but did nothing to actually represent US interests well in Iraq.

Wright’s church...who was gay, by his own admission and allegedly had a “relationship” with the “Won”), Kal Pen (robbed—lost his cell phone— at gunpoint in Dupont Circle-Washington, DC-known to be a “gay enclave-”after hours”..allegedly...the “Won” was gonna appoint him to something in the administration...can’t remember what, but, he probably had “interesting” phone numbers in his cell phone....), Reggie Love, his “body guard” (tee hee...allegedly!), Larry Sinclair, with a self-avowed “relationship” with the “Won”,(allegedly) AND is/was running for a Florida senate seat-—, and some guy with the last name of “Bland”—ALSO affiliated with Rev. Wright’s “church”...a member of the choir, or something-—came up dead....(allegedly....of course.)
Also saw another name, but haven’t found anything on him, yet.
Of course, ALL of this is alleged. (wink, wink, nod, nod.)
But, aside from the “happier” guys in the “Won’s” life, let’s not forget Lt. Quarles Harris.....shot in front of his Baptist church in D.C. after turning FBI informant on the B.O. passport breach....allegedly. (remember the folks that “researched” the passports of Hitlery, McCon and the “Won” prior to the election?)

Surprised we are winning over there.
That's not the only collision course the Left is on with the Muslims.
Both want total control of the tent...anyone can be in the tent but both,when they believe they're dominant enough, insist that everyone in the tent professes undying dedication to their respective ideologies.
And even though they're of mutual use to each other right now, and they can focus on what they have in common, i.e. the destruction of the United States as we've known it, that really is just about all they have in common.
No where in the Koran or the Haddith that recount the exploits of their so-called prophet is there any acceptance of anything other than Islam controlling every aspect of life. Ditto the Progressive Big Brother agenda.
Even if these two were able to eliminate every other perspective, they still are in for a very ugly confrontation as to which will force the other to submit.
Many on the Left are ignorant of this conflagration they, in their "tolerance" are hurrying along. Muslim leaders are anything but naive to it. They're rolling off their prayer mats laughing at every judicial decision or White House appeasement that improves their position to gain dominance.
Just one more example of how really stupid all those who can't get over themselves as the "the best and the brightest" really are.
And IF the Muslims gain the upper hand in the U.S. during his lifetime, I would not be a bit surprised to see our president, dressed in full Muslim garb, assume a position of honor among them laughing on their prayer mats.
The premise of the movie is a guy travels into the future into an America with a population that is so dumbed down that the ordinary guy from the present is a relative genius.
Every time I hear poll numbers that say forty some percent of people think Obama is doing a good job I think of that movie.
Ummm, not so much.

I had an Iranian who, as a student helped overthrow the Shaw and set up the Ayatollah in Iran. (He fled for his life when he dared complain about all the murders the Ayatollah was committing and the lack of basic human dignity, and has since also escaped the personal prison of Islam)
After escaping Iran through Turkey he's since lived in Australia and the U.S., and says that Middle Eastern countries are in fact the most perverse in the world. They just keep it better hidden than the West does.
Ever hear the Arab term bachabazi? It is a common Muslim practice of sex with pre-pubescent boys.
There's a common saying in the Middle East that a foreigner is unlikely to ever hear: Women are for family, boys are for fun.
