I agree. This weapon can be used against US citizens

A frequency generator that puts out the resonant frequency of the human sphincter might be a barrel of laughs and probably just as effective.

Civilian crowd control, while arguable in the hands of the military, is one thing. Against an armed enemy seems less than pointless. While the enemy might run for cover, they’ll quickly recover and start shooting back. Makes more sense to just shoot them in the first place.

To destroy a cave structure wouldn’t you need to ramp up the power?

"Lt. Col. John Dorrian, a US military spokesperson, says the kit is now in Afghanistan but no decision has yet been made on its use."

No decision

It must be up to Obama.

Well that is pretty deep to really heat up!

They would have a moving experience that work better and faster than a massive dose of ExLax.

I thought we were supposed to maximize enemy deaths, not minimize them. What am I missing here?

You are missing the fact that Afghanistan was a shell game war set up by Dear Leader Obozo to convince the Left he was the anti-Busch candidate because he was against the Iraq War and FOR the Afghan one; therefore he was not a weenie, but a tough guy. But just to make sure there is that deadline for pulling out to keep the Lefties happy and the rest of us bedazzled. Get it?

Always aim it at their balls. Never mind if it works. If it looks like it might demasculanize mohammedans, they will be running for the Pakistan tribal territories as rapidly as they can and hoping that we can’t load it on an unmanned airplane and zap them wherever thy frolic. Later it can be used to make negotiations with Afghan leaders and tribal chieftens proceed more rapidly. How’d you like your balls, fella, well, medium, rare, or just lightly toasted to encourage a little more cooperation and a little less corruption? We got yours in our sights and they can be crispy little critters before morning braying.

They should aim it at the ground and detonate any IED in the road. Turn up the power a bit if they have to (being buried and all).

Pretty soon you’ll see a bunch of Afghans with aluminum foil under their clothes. That can pretty much neutralize the waves.

The large flat surface is a frequency dependent reflector. To disable, you would have to hit the feed antenna, good luck with that unless you are a very good shot at long range. Most of the reflector would have to be destroyed to kill it that way.

The beamwidth (where the majority of the energy is contained) is about 0.1 degrees. Some very precise aiming can be done, dependent on the control tightness of the positioner. They use optical aiming, so that is the limit of precision, along with how tight the positioner can control a 0.1 degree beam.

Thats Good. Defeat door safety switch on microwave oven. Leave door open. Start Oven and place body a few inches from front of oven. Same effect. You are being cooked.
