A seep is WAY better than a FLOOD, though!

they are saying you cant controll the pressure and are freaking out that other cracks in ocean floor may occur
so they rather go back to spewing excess pressure
my guess

Pump that oil hard and fast so we can mitigate the effects of the seep.

While I consider Kook to Kook AM to be a pretty kooky radio show, they HAVE had some guest that talk about a twelve mile long crack in the seabed, gushing oil, and a huge methane bubble under the seabed that could erupt, causing untold disaster.

It’s a sick well it seems.
The single casing design appears to have not been a good idea, as the second casing provides much the same safety as does a double bottom tanker. No idea why MMS approved this design when it was known the well depth was pushing current technology, increasing risks. You would think an organization like MMS would error on the safe side ...
Massive federal government regulation failure. What always happens to big incompetent government.

Whatever Soetoro and his ilk recommend, do the opposite. They create problems where none exist.

We have World class Imbeciles here, But maybe Little Barry found something on on vacation or the golf course, maybe at a Rat fund raiser that will help!

No, to check the seep, they will have to remove the cap. Something in all this process that BP is fighting would allow Zero’s people to calculate the oil spilled and fine them another $20 billion plus.

The BOP is swaying like I have never seen. I wonder if its seeping and kicking to cause the sway.

Look at current feed. Not looking like the other day.

I thought DumBO was on top of this from day one? How is possible the Nobel Laureate at the DOE did not know this was happening, not to mention the smartest Pres__ent we have ever had.

I think that’s the ROV swaying - if it’s the BOP then the it’s all over for this wellhead.
