76% support isn’t exactly “deserting” Uh, yea it is... 76 % of 35 % (Democrap population) and maybe 40 % of independents and 10 % of everyone else = 43 % of the total or so. Thats a disaster for the other side, praised be the Lord.

Abandoning him not for what he has done, but because he has not done enough? This sounds like an explanation for the loss of support by someone who refuses to acknowledge the policies are wrong.
I believe the opposite is true; he is losing support because he has done too much and too quickly - quickly enough that the frog noticed the change and jumped out of the pot.
