Savage is mentally unbalanced. Callers can’t even agree with him without him screaming insults and abuse at them.

Why did you take this over to my Freep mail? Too hot in the Kitchen here? lol Still calling me a Commie? Well, when all else fails. BTW, just what exactly is the “great idea” that the Weenie has bestowed upon us? I can't think of any, but then, I'm not a blind follower of his like you are.

Honestly don't know what the issues are between Savage and Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, Levin.

I'll admit that I sometimes have to turn off Savage, he is out of line on this one, but I also have problems with all of them except maybe The Great One.

I'm not a communist and I read my Bible, but I find Savage tedious. He is mean-sprited toward his competition because he is jealous and frustrated. After all, Savage has a high opinion of his intelligence and believes that when he walks in the room, he's the smartest man in the room.

That may be all good and well, but his arrogance and smugness are alot to bear.

I do like Savage when he's telling stories. He is a great story teller.

Now, if you disagree with my assessment, so be it. You are still free to listen 3 hours a day. I don't mind. :)

Nice conciseness.

Borders, Language and Culture.

That is it! The three principles that made this country the greatest country in the history of mankind for all peoples.

The reason most people risked death to come here and raise their children.

Policies that create unity, instead of chaos.

The three things that the Marxists have been trying to ruin for the last 100 years.

Well, we agree. This is a free country and not all people enjoy the same things.

I can overlook some of his flaws because everyone has them and there is so much good he has to say. Haven’t really listened to him for years....been out of the country or state. That being said the few times I do tune in, I just thank God that his voice is still heard by those that need it.

Vedd-d-d-dy inneresting.

You could be right. Suppose Savage really is a liberal who’s posing as an out-of-control-over-the-top madman to discredit the conservative moment.

Diabolical, Robin, diabolical.

He’s groping for just a small taste of the kind of ratings that Beck has.

Sorry, I am being attacked viciously by mail and posts so have been replying in a frenzy.

Border Language and Culture. I think we can agree with Savage on these and that is all I basically do. I enjoy his testosterone....it is a truly a breath of fresh air to know that all men are not totally emasculated by all the radical feminists whose policies have infiltrated schools for the last 50 years. Since I have sons, I find it satisfying that there are men out there that are fighting the stupidity that has taken hold of this country by the Marxists who Beck will label Progressives. All the same...we are on the road to Serfdom...Unite and fight, for divided we fall.

I don’t know if he is doing it to “discredit” the movement, but he’s certainly putting on a show to make money.

It’s a schtick. It’s not real conviction.

The man gives money to Gov. Moobeam.

He takes positions that intentionally hurt Republicans if they veered, at all, from HIS schtick version of pure conservatism.

Those are not his ideas and he is not the only one pushing them. I've been saying those same things along with hundreds if not thousands of others here. The difference is that we don't have our own radio show to insult people. With out much research you can find many other good and quietly sane people saying the “good Points” that you think Savage thought up without the abuse.

Savage is a mess, and if for entertainment purposes only.

I listen to him maybe 5 times a year.

It is a shame, he has talent, but, he has a serious rage disorder.

Like all talk show hosts, Savage plays a character on the radio.

I don’t really like Savage and thinks some of what he says crosses the line of reasonable rhetoric and I like Beck but think he’s a bit nuts but I resent it when Mark Levin goes off on both of them, expecially when it seems to be movitvated by his own ego, and I don’t like Savage going off on Beck like this, again, when it seems more motivated by ego than anything else. Conservatives have better things to do than form a circular firing squad.

“Like all talk show hosts, Savage plays a character on the radio.”

If so, I don’t like his character.

His reminisces are priceless. I also enjoy his foodie moments.

But he just hates everybody, even his friends, and I can’t tolerate the almost continual hatred.

Also his Teddy stuff is mind numbingly boring.

Whatever, let the free markets work. If he has enough listeners he’ll remain on the air.

” He is no more mentally ill than you. You would probably tell me that Nietzsche was mentally ill also.....well, uh,...Does that make everyone ignore Nietzsche’s philosophy, although he showed incredible genius at time? Does any philosopher contain “perfect, flawless” ideas? You want to say Aristotle had nothing right?

Are you saying Savage is not perfect? I would say that he has NEVER claimed he is, quite the contrary.

It is great that there is a person that speaks his mind on the air, instead of promoting the Progressive agenda....that is all Savage is!

But what an educated mind it is! Most of his ideas are brilliant and well thought out and based on a lot of facts and history, whether it is about the propaganda in the press and the Weimar Republic or Goebbels. He is a clear thinker on most issues. All issues? Well, no. No one is.

That he was offended by Beck’s crying on air. Well, I suppose I would have cried also, and loving Beck, I understand his show.

Savage does have a problem with the “feelings” in men expressed by crying....on air..... So what. Patton would too and I loved that guy!!!!!

I do think that we will be destroyed by hurling stones at those FEW people who stand up for the Founding principles of this country so I would love to see Beck, Savage, etc. all unite. But with their egos....and NEEDED EGOS in that business...it probably won’t happen...although I have seen Savage reach out and support Rush, Beck and Levin, O’Reilly and have never seen then condemn his being banned in England.....That is a fundamental issue of free speech that HAS to be fought by all who value this country.

Is Savage bitter because they are silent about him. Absolutely yes. Not because it is a slight and desrespect of him but because he is watching the destruction of the Freedom of Speech and people who CLAIM to be watchdogs for that freedom, simply ignore it.

Canary in the mine? You tell me your so smart.

Post of the day - right on . No Beck fan mind you .

Thanks! I probably should have said Patton would have slapped Beck also, but, then, I also give Beck some latitude for his eccentric ways, also, —not unlike Savage in the opposite extreme.... and love his ideas and knowledge, too. Loved that Patton biography, though. What a man he was!!!!!!!
