No, it’s a smart move. Had she run, she would have lost and she would have lost her House seat.
She made the right move. Her funds will be better spent hanging on to her seat in the House vs. using those funds to fight two battles.
It was my understanding she could run for both at the same time ala Joe Lieberman.
