EXCERPT
"I think they should but they won't. They intended exactly what they did. "They were looking for the result they got yesterday," she said of Fox. "I am just a pawn. I was just here. They are after a bigger thing, they would love to take us back to where we were many years ago. Back to where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person."

Awww.
the poor little biggot.
Silly Fox... Don’t they know it’s racist say a Black racist is a racist?
She’s got issues. Definitely sees the world as Us vs Them. Yup. She’s a racist.
Fox & Friends said that Breitbart led the charge, not Fox.
Sensationalist perhaps, but racist? Naw. Eloquent, aren’t they?
“looking white folks in the face”
If she wants to look white people in the face then why does she belong to NAACP?
“Back to where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person.”
........
She is STILL they Racist she claims to have stopped practicing.
Bet she and her hubby file a LS gainst Fox and Brietbart. After all she and her hubby scored $150,000 each of taxpayer $$$ in their suit against the very department she eventually started working for.
As Breitbart explained, this is not about her, it’s about the racist cheering of the NAACP audience as she discussed her bigotry and before she mentioned her epiphany.
Exactly, Fox is racist for showing the video of her crowing about sending a White farmer to a White lawyer because he was “one his own kind”.
Fox had nothing to do with this. You showed the world you are a racist and that the blacks sitting in that audience were also, spin it all you want.
Their snickers and smiles when you talked about putting the screws to whitey was the most embarrassing part of the video and no one can change that. The fact that NAACP president Jealous was sitting in that audience and knew all about this while acting surprised puts the icing on the cake IMHO.
This is some of the best tasting popcorn I’ve had in quite a while.
As I watched that video I watched beyond the mere words she was saying. Watch the reaction that she gets from the audience and how she kind of waits each time she says something devisive for just that vote of approval. That is racism that can’t be washed away.
Dang! Busted! Everytime I am out with white folks, that is all we talk about. That doggone emancipation proclamation thing!
I hope everyone knows that this is sarcasm
She’s not racist at all.
She’s not obsessed with race in any way, shape or form.
She deserves her government job back.
She deserves to be defended by those she would and has victimized.
/sarcasm.
First off, Breitbart was not allowed the full tape, but more to the point, the woman complained recently, not years, decades ago, that *her people* put up with the Bushes for eight years and that the only reason anyone was against 0bama (re: health care) was due to his being black. Whatever *epiphany* she claims is a lie, she still sees things in terms of black vs. white. She ought to shut up, as she’s just making her case worse every time she speaks.
The leftists are just nuts and do not see clearly. They never manage to look at the facts without the distortion of all their anguish.
Exactly...it’s my understanding that Fox didn’t air any of this until after the excrement hit the fan...yet it’s their fault? Twisted logic of the leftist mindset.
they, they, they...
For these sorts of statements alone she deserved firing. She is stuck in the 50s, when blacks were expected to hang their heads. It hasn’t been true for at least 40 years, but she is still stuck on racism.
The idea that ANYONE wants a return to a world where blacks have to say “Yes, Master” is insane. Anyone who uses that excuse is too filled with racial hatred to fairly administer squat.
The statement above is stereotyping because she's trying to claim what ones motives are for reporting in the manner they did.
I'm not convinced she's not a closet racist that actually popped her head out for that brief moment and is now backtracking. She didn't correct the audience when they busted out in laughter before her alleged reformation.
What she said on the video IS racist! She is trying to deflect her guilt by accusing someone else! Typical, and typical of the lefty racist loons!
This unfortunate woman is only voices the racial discourse that comes with POTUS Barack Hussein Obama. But, folks, forget this stupid “race” thing. Obama and...his entire Democrat party is not only promoting race discourse and hatred, they are trying to take down the USA and all who reside within it, except for their elitest cronies. And...when I say “all” I mean “all” regardless of color religion or gender. Wake up, folks!!! You have one last chance to save America. Register to vote on Novmber 2, 2010 and.....then get out there and vote against every single Democrat you can. The present Democrat Party must be destroyed if America is to be saved and grow economically once more. Your lives and futures are at stake. Vote against Obama and vote out any and every Democrat!!!!
>>Back to where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person.”
“and not being able to stand up in front of a room full of bigots and brag about my racist acts committed under color of authority.”
Crying racist is like crying wolf. Say it too many times and people will stop listening.
At least she got that right.
The sad thing is, Shirley is so brainwashed she can't even recognize whose pawn she is.
Obviously Shirley has made a deal that if she continues to be a tool of the bigoted Left, even though on the surface they've thrown her under the bus, she'll be taken care of.
IOW, forget the pity parties for this foolish little tool.
And forget her mea culpa that the racism in her soul is all in her past.
Yo blockhead Sherrod:
Bring to bear all of your dull mental faculties in examining the period at the end of this sentence.
Why, yes... like every electron that surround you, it is clearly RACIST.
If you listen to the whole tape Sherrod repeatedly talks about how much federal money is available and that the black community needs to get some of it. Shes right about that as long as its being passed out like candy why shouldnt blacks get some ... but where is it challened that all this money should be passed out like candy to ANYBODY?
And in the tape she also encourages young black people to get on the fed-gov-job gravy train. (Again, nothing wrong with advocating blacks get some of the jobs, but where is it questioned that we need so many fed-gov-jobs?)
She also makes disparaging remarks about Republicans protesting the health care bill, implying their motivation for doing so are racist.
If you listen to the whole tape, she is vindicated on the black farmer story but there is a lot there to go after in terms of promoting the entitlement attitude ... not just to blacks, but in general ... that the FedGov should be spending boatloads of money on all these programs at all.
In the tape, she promoted the idea of communities chasing after fed-gov money for this that and the other. The fact that she advocated that blacks get some of it is an entirely secondary point.
Bottom line: she’s an advocate for a HUMONGOUS federal government ... no suprise that a fed-gov employee of any color would support that. After all, it justifies their jobs.
She seems to have no tolerance for people who feel the fed-gov should be smaller.
That’s ideological bigotry.
They're good
Surprise, surprise. Having complained that she was wrongly tarred as a racist she now has no problem throwing that term at others.
She is mainstream.
What do you suppose the UP meant when he said, "Our time in now!?"
The thousands who lined up for days for Obama money knew exactly what he meant.
I must not be racist, for sure, because I thought exactly as they did.
The UP redefined the political mainstream for his administration.

Ohhhhhhhh Nooooooo...*She’s* not a racist!
So go’head..prove it some more!
No, it was just Fox’s way of telling her that she needed shop her story to her own kind......
Shirley, you had your 15 seconds of notoriety. Now please go away.
I was willing to give this twit the benefit of the doubt when I read the remainder of that story she told at the NAACP event. But the more she talks, the more clearly she shows that she didn’t really learn a thing. She’s just as racist as she was 24 years ago.
That point has been lost to too many softie apologists imo
She is a stupid racist Apparatchik
There are a million just like her getting huge paychecks and pensions from the money her buddies at the I R S extort at gunpoint from us working stiffs
They now get to call the shots on what kind of medical care you can have
LOL!
Glenn Beck defended Sherrod on his Fox News show yesterday. Guess she missed that.
I watched Fox reporting on this. They were the first to defend her. It seems to me that Fox was the one “snookered” and not the NAACP ( who had the full video all the time )
I don’t normally watch ABC but this morning I was watching my local weather and when the ad came on for Good morning America they told about this bloated little racist being on to explain her side of the story..Well I was not disappointed because she said that what happened was a Right wing blogger took the tape of her and made her sound racist by editing the tape..I knew she was a filthy liar..She should never get another job with anything to do with the American people she is a RACIST like her president and his crew.. My message to her is you got caught you filthy racist..Don’t blame FOX or a blogger for what you said..
So does this mean we now have it on record from an Dem-authorized real black person that all that stuff is in the past??? Woo hoo!
Oh and how quickly some at FR chimed in to defend this woman!
As a blanket statement I reject that entirely. It may have been true then, and it might be true now, but for the UP to collectively punish an entire counntry for a disease that only the victims can cure themselves, is a bit much.
At least in California, I remember no such things in the 50s. or the 60s; or now.
So did Krauthammer.

Hmmm, isn't that sort of the same as making a reference to " you people". I seem to recall the NAACP had a reaction to that phrase.
