We could do a lot worse than Palin. And we could do a lot worse than Herman Cain. I do like the idea of campaigning early, giving grass roots time to rally. But I do kind of wish he had waited until the day after Super Tuesday. No need to risk rifts before the midterms are over.

A National Retail Tax is FAIR. That way, everyone pays their fair share. I taught High School and I had kids whose families were 4th Generation Welfare Recipients. They paid no income tax but their kids wore Michael Jordan $135 tennis shoes and Oakland Raiders Jackets and always had money for weed. YOU CAN DO THAT WHEN YOU GET A CHECK FROM THE GOVERNMENT EVERY MONTH, PAY NO INCOME TAX, GET FREE MEDICAL, FREE DENTAL, FREE OPTICAL, FREE COLLEGE TUITION AND FOOD STAMPS......
Come on nmh, I suspect you and I are Christian people. Please don't make me cuss. The "Fair Tax" is the only fair tax.
