I just sent in the payoff for my 401k loan after re-financing the house. that’ll cut my mortgage payment in half, but back to my original loan amount. ugh.

I still have good equity even after the re-fi.

i noticed an out of state hotel patrion here has a liberalism is a mental disorder.
