North Korea threatened "physical response" to U.S. and South Korean military drills to be held July 25-28, a North Korean spokesman said on Friday.

"There will be physical response against the steps imposed by the United States militarily," Ri Tong Il said at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam, adding that the exercise will be "another expression of hostile policy" against North Korea.

They make threats every year. That said the North is imploding and extremely unstable.

Trying to do anything in the South Korea region is becoming a little like trying to stage a tea party with a violent, loud, and highly vociferous mental patient in the room who won’t go away.

I would say “Bring it on”, but I have no confidence that 0 would actually shoot back at the little gargoyle. He’d probably want to go bow before him, instead.

Had we WON the Korean WAR there wouldn’t have been a damned Viet Nam.

Had we WON the Second World War the USSR would have been left in the Stone Age.

MacArthur and Patton: two great generals!

Bring it on, A-holes!

With this evil, incompetent regime you have to be kidding.

If NYC or LA were nuked by our one of our assorted enemies what do you think Obozo would do?

Zero. (That's his social security number.)

You post a lot of threads but don't respond very much. Why is that?

And this is not breaking news. I seriously doubt it will get a collective yawn in Seoul, the city Kim threatened to turn into a ‘sea of fire’ a few months ago.

I agree with the “bring it on”. Concerning the shooting back, that's what is likely to happen should one of their bottle rockets actually light up. It's just as likely to come back down on their own heads as the intended target - more likely in fact. lol...

Thanks Strategy for posting. It’s nice to see some geopolitical news every once in a while. And while this is more of the same from the NORKs, I don’t see this as any more or less “breaking” than some of the other “news” that qualifies for breaking around here.
