Oh, I thought he was self-appointed CZAR of this activity: of all the people in his administration, he appears to rely on this approach the most.

Really, “king” sounds so common: there have been hundreds of kings through history. I think “emperor,” “supreme leader,” or czar is more fitting given the man’s unsurpassable arrogance.
