This is not simply a referendum on McCain. Hayworth is a former Congressman whose reputation is a blowhard who lost a SAFE Republican district on unforced errors.

No one is expecting a cakewalk. We have to work hard for whoever wins the CD 8 primary.

Angle is a RINO?

Well...let's see. Isn't she running on a "rino" ticket?

Oh...I know....she's all about being "independent" and a "tea party" candidate.

In the fnial analysis, she'll be on the conservative, rino side of things...and she'll be a loser. And, at least as important, she'll be dead politically.

How would you like to write on your resume, "I won the republican nomination to go up against the all-time worst liberal, socialist, senate majority leader of all time. A senator single handedly responsible for ruining the US with socialized medicine, temporary jobs, increased dependency of individuals on their government for their very living, a disgrace of a financial reform law, unpaid for unemployment extensions over one year in length, and a vapid, sloppy, "chill up the leg" blind support for a socialist, islamic president....AND I LOST BIG TIME!

Given this....it really doesn't matter what "label" she wears, does it?

So you’re saying anyone who runs as a Republican is a RINO? That doesn’t make any sense.

It took a pathetically weak candidate in Hayworth to push Juan over the finish line.

So you’re saying anyone who runs as a Republican is a RINO?

All rinos are Republicans; not all Republicans are rinos.

Don't know which Angle is...but it doesn't matter. In less than five months from today - she'll be a "nobody". So it really doesn't matter what label we hang about her neck, now does it?

However, she will run under the Republican ticket....not that that will make any difference at all.

harry reid must be laughing all the way back to his comfortable senate seat. From the individual who the vast majority of tea partiers, conservatives, republicans (rinos), and rinos (republicans) said was "dead and buried", "out of office on his ear", "a complete failure", "sure to be soundly defeated", and the like....to a hands down winner in less than a year! Not bad, harry....not bad at all.

Oh...and way to go Nevada!

Sheeeeeeesh.

This brings up an interesting question I haven’t followed very closely. Perhaps one of you can tell me the answer:

How much campaigning has Sarah done for McCain since she endorsed him many months ago?

Well, my friends in Arizona tell me that the airwaves have been saturated throughout the campaign with Palin ads on McCain's behalf.

I live in Tucson. I hear mostly ads by sheriffs who support McCain and anti-JD ads.

I wish we would have had a more credible candidate to run against McCain.

Way too much from the looks of it!!!!!! If the Corpse wins it will be because of Sarah Palin as Ole Juan has the Charisma of a rotting road kill possum.

The problem is that most people think the Republican party is the conservative party. This was proved to be completely erroneous during the Bush years.

McCain and Graham are perfect examples of what a Republican is. Conservatives need to someday bite the bullet and start their own party. Give the people a real choice.
