Well, the MSM always say that crimes are “alleged” and that someone is a “suspect” until convicted in a court. I know it strains believeability because all of those people are dead. They aren’t allegedly dead, they are actually dead. But we’re not supposed to say for certain why they are dead until the trial is over and a judgement rendered.
But there are PLENTY of witnesses who are quite alive and well who were within feet, if not inches of him during his spree.
