Another indication that, under the Obama regime, we have ceased to be a nation under the Rule of Law. Now the law is whatever he and Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano say it is.
Let’s see if he ducks out of the public eye after August 11th. all the better to practice Ramadan. Also, what is with the extra jet just to take that little turd machine of a dog?
OK. What is the Article of Impeachment going to be? I.E., on what grounds? Where you gonna get the votes? The damned CRAT has most of the House and Senate. They wouldn't impeach the muslim s.o.b. if he was caught dead to rights in a nursery sawing heads off babies.

So what’s the difference between an “executive fiat” order like this, and the “Royal edicts” of Medieval ages?

We have to drive the progressivists underground like our parents and grandparents did in the 19 teens and the 1950s. However, this time we have to obliterate them. I don’t want the republic back the way it was before osama. I want it rolled back at LEAST to the way it was under Reagan. If we can’t do that, then I don’t think it’s worth saving. Sorry.
I’m not sure it’s worth saving anyway. I think it may be too big to govern effectively the way government should be done, i.e., GovernsLeastGovernsBest. I hope I’m wrong. I don’t know how the breakup could be accomplished. But the way things have been is unacceptable. I do not consent. I dissent.
Since there is this sentiment that no one needs to enforce laws that are passed (see Arizona), and since that belief is the guiding principle in running the justice department, it makes as much sense that one can enforce sentiments that are not yet law.
In short, no requirement to enforce existing law = absentee oversight. Absent oversight, the guy with the biggest stick gets to do what he wants.
why the hell did I do my citizenship legally, pay all the costs, do the interviews, do the paper work etc when now it seems all I had to do was to work here ILLEGALLY and not pay taxes
Then just let everyone who wants a green card come here. Why favor one group of ethnics over others who are “underrepreseted” in the left’s quota/one world mindset?
I favor enforcing the laws that are on the books. I realize this is a novel approach but, by golly, it just might work.
As far as rounding up 10 million, that's a straw man. You don't have to round them up. You declare that all undocumented workers (p.c. for illegal aliens) have 30 days to leave the country or they will be rounded up, documented by photograph, fingerprint and DNA. Then they can leave they same way they came in....walking across the border. They sneaked across a border into this country somehow, they can damn well sneak back.
As an alternative, how about we, as a nation, adopted a Law of Reciprocity? In other words, we amend all our immigrations laws to make them identical with the immigration law of the origin of the illegal alien, i.e., if you are from Mexico, you will be adjudicated and held to the same laws illegals in Mexico, or Guatemala, or Nicaragua, or wherever. Hey if it's OK for other countries to have and enforce strict immigration policies, there is no reason for the US not to do the same. After all, most of the illegals from the last 30 years, in my opinion, care nothing for assimilating, learn and adopt a new culture, learn English as their primary language but owe their entire loyalty to the country from which they came. Therefore since they love that country so much they should have no problem abiding by that country's immigration laws. It's as plain as the nose on your face.
If the re-education courses were taught by Glen Beck, there would be no need to round up the conservative side.

Exactly. We can't allow them any tolerance to act and exist hiding behind the Liberties and Freedom that were designed for Patriotic US Citizens. All of these communist, marxist, maoist, etc. organizations need to be DESTROYED and their members need to be imprisoned for life or forcefully expelled from this country. There will be no refuge for these scoundrels, ever again. The "tolerance" will only be granted to those that are Patriotic US Citizens, anyone actively seeking to destroy our Country must be treated like the ENEMY that they are, and be DESTROYED. We made a huge mistake allowing these monsters to freely organize and exist within our borders, if we have a chance to reclaim the Republic, our vigilance and forceful adherence to our rules of law must never be relaxed.
USCIS, a part of the Obama administration, outlines the ideas in a draft memo that includes the possibility of issuing green cards to tens of thousands who entered the country illegally. "In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform, CIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by issuing new guidance and regulations," the memo advises.
