Yep, recent pictures and appearances in the last few years show him looking very old and tired. Something’s not right with his health. He looked haggard in the wedding pictures. Hillary looks older too. But she just looks older, Bill looks older and not quite healthy.

You assume he is not just all talk and no play. However it takes decades to die fro STDs and most cause mental brain liquefaction in the last years. He is to coherent to have those.
Some posted have said Chelsea said to lose weight for the wedding. Being older myself if you get too thin when you are over 60, you will look bad. Maybe that's all it is.

I've had close up experience with stroke victims and it sure looks to me like Buba suffered a mild stroke a few years back. Notice his left hand and the sag in one corner of his mouth. Classic telltale signs.
