So, where does Senator Thune stand on ethanol?

Who cares where he stands? This issue is about as far down the list of deal breakers as breast feeding in public is. Let me guess, you have some CRP!? In case you did not notice, the world is getting more and more populated, so turning our good food into anything other than good food, is stupid. The government will use the lack of food for control and just when you farmers start getting used to those fat subsidy checks, they will scew you too.

Do you know anything about ethanol production or agriculture at all? Ethanol production is NOT a food or fuel proposition - it's food AND fuel. This year, acreage planted in corn is down a little from previous years, yet the harvest forecasts show available corn supply for food AND fuel production is not down... how do they do that???
