Um, yes. The unemployment rate will increase. Until it reaches the levels that the Obozo Admin needs in order to implement their final socialism plans. Then it will decrease as they place us all on the government payroll. This can only happen after they have taken control of all areas of the private sector.
I hear what you’re saying. I’ve noticed that when you see beggars or panhandlers, they are invariably black or white. You don’t see asians, you don’t see hispanics. Now, I think they will work the system and get every free uncle sam dollar they can scam. But I don’t seem them begging much.

Believe me it doesn’t matter if a minority appicant has an ID hanging off of his/her neck saying he/she is the CEO of Xerox. They will be declared eligible no matter what. Bureaucrats make their living off of keeping the numbers of recipients up AND they don’t want to be viewed as “racist” so they will seldom if EVER disqualify a minority applicant. If you are non-minority however, even if you are income eligible, they will put you through the ringer and make you jump through all the hoops in the hope that you’ll just walk away. It looks much better to be “helping” minorities than non-minorities on their many reports and paperwork to Big Brother. I know this because I’ve worked for subsidized housing and wanted to wretch every day I was there.
They run this country the way Hollywood celebrities would if they themselves were in office. That is why Hollywood is SO gaga over him.
