MARBELLA, Spain — US First Lady Michelle Obama and her nine-year-old daughter Sasha arrived Wednesday on Spain's Mediterranean coast for a vacation with friends at a luxury hotel where they have booked 60 rooms.
The pair and their entourage arrived at the Hotel Villa Padierna in the hills above the resort town of Marbella, a haunt for the rich and famous, aboard a cavalcade of vehicles. They had flown to Malaga on a US air force plane.
President Barack Obama, who celebrates his 49th birthday on Wednesday, has stayed behind in the United States as did the couple's elder daughter, 12-year-old Malia, who is attending a summer camp.

I could be wrong, but I thought the supreme commander was staying behind in the US so he could perform his all-important presidential duties by flying to Chicago on his birthday to visit his buddies, rub elbows with his fellow criminals, attend fundraisers, maybe take a bath somewhere...

Why 60 rooms? I know the jokes write themselves but this just isn’t funny. These Obama looters are downright obsessed with spending taxpayers’ paychecks several generations out. They want to make sure Americans and any potential descendants are robbed of anything and everything, even the dignity of having an American First family.

Probably willing to do it only if it didn’t conflict with whenever The View is broadcast. Mustn’t conflict with the First Lady’s schedule. Incidentally, look for a similar “official luxury trip” with only Malia. As the mother of two daughters, I know you absolutely must treat them equally. (Yes, I know Malia is at camp but trust me, it doesn’t count.)
The big joke here is that 1) no one who knows what they are doing goes to Málaga in the summer, just like summering in sweltering Miami Beach isn’t a great plan, either, and 2) Málaga itself is a second- or third-tier beach resort, anyway. The only thing decent there is the Picasso Museum.
