"Parents have the right to determine the faiths of children who are below 18. It is a universal right, irrespective of religion," said judicial commissioner Yaacob Sam. Banggarma, who has argued that she was made to convert to Islam at the age of seven when she was placed in a children's home, vowed to continue to fight the case.

Don’t Jews consider you Jewish regardless of your personal stated beliefs if you were born one?

You can only convert to islam not out of it, even if you did not make the decision to convert in the first place. Did I get this correct?

Jew are not on a worldwide jihad, trying to subjugate all under a barbaric set of religious laws. Islam is the issue here.

exactly...I see Muslim woman walking around town wrapped to the brim in 80 degrees and up and I can only conlude that there are two types of these more devout women: those that are being forced or those that are astronomically stupid.

Islam enslaves, steals, and destroys. That’s all it’s about and nothing else.

The state of Israel has a policy of ignoring 'renunciations of Israeli citizenship and Jewish faith' when evaluating citizenshp requests. Due to the long history of persecution many Jews at various times have needed to feign renouncing things to survive.

As far as Jewish ethnicity is inhereted via the mother.

Jews have no history of death sentence for leaving their faith, unlike, say Islam, which does and is in law in many Islamic run nations.

Maybe Nachum would know, but the threat is Islam and I do not see the point of taking the focus off of it.

You are not embarrassed to admit ignorance about the bond between ethnicity and religion when it comes to Jews?

The two are so bound up in each other for Jews they are hard to separate. Being that some sects require you to be ethnically Jewish to be religiously one as well and what not.

Exactly-That’s why muzzies refer to people who convert to islame as reverts. They have the obnoxious belief that all people are born muslim and only convert to other faiths in error.

"Parents have the right to determine the faiths of children who are below 18. It is a universal right, irrespective of religion,"

Well, that's good to know.

Does Elena Kagan know this?
