Rudy Giuliani’s daughter Caroline was busted for shoplifting today at an Upper East Side beauty and skin care shop, police sources said.
The 20-year-old was arrested at a Sephora store near the E. 86th home she shares with her mother, Donna Hanover, the former television, the city’s former First Lady before her bitter split from the tough-on-crime mayor.
Caroline, the youngest of the former mayor’s two children, was taken to Manhattan’s 19th Precinct for processing. She is a student at Harvard University.

I met w/someone in a local store - both of us in a hurry - stopped a moment to chat - I proceeded to line, she started walking towards the door with stuff in her hand - and then heard a big yelp from her - she caught herself before walking out the door.
So I agree - was she walking out the door w/item in her hand or was it hidden?

I was shopping at a mall one afternoon, and I was talking to someone who was standing on one side of the entrance to the store and I was standing in the store. As we were talking I was not paying attention and stepped forward placing one foot through the store’s security system and set off the alarm, because I was holding merchandise in my hand. It was never my intention to steal anything. I stepped back through the threshold and said I was sorry.
The staff at the store had seen what had happened. They could tell I was not trying to leave the store, nor was I trying to steal. I just had a momentary lapse in concentration.
I went to the counter and paid for the item. And never thought much of it, again.
Very few would accuse Rudy and crew of that.
Try thinking outside the prism of poor Sarah for a few minutes.
Sephora cosmetics charged a credit card I have not used in years $50.
No problem getting the charges denied and promptly closed the acct.
Just in case that is happening to others.
I shred all my stuff ID wise and live in a very rural area.
Also have a locked mail box.
So, I am guessing, either someone from the credit card company or Sephora put $50 on my card.
Odd amount too, not cents?
I still believe he would've beaten Obama had he received the Republican nomination, --a Pyrrhic victory for conservatives though.
